Tuition Fees Print

To study in Australia you have to pay tuition fees, and the fees can be quite hefty.

Bachelor and Master Degrees:

Foreign students must pay different fees depending on the university and on the faculty. It is difficult to say how much unless the university and course are known. For example at the current time a computer science student must pay between about A$ 16,000 and A$ 26,000 for one year. Social sciences and humanities usually pay less. Business and engineering students usually pay more. A medical course is beyond most people's reach!

Study Abroad Programmes:

These usually have an all inclusive price, but on average are just as expensive. It is therefore worth asking australien-studium.org whether it is possible to take a bachelor or master degree for approximately the same price.

Exchange Programmes:

In this case one pays the fees of the home institution, but, as was already described, the possibilities are very limited.
